4. User Responsibilities

• Lawful use of our application
• Proper consent for call monitoring
• Compliance with local recording laws
• Authority to process communication data

There is no guarantee of accuracy.

The user is responsible for reviewing AI outputs.

6. Data Ownership

Customer owns their data.

Ark Hive retains ownership of its software, models, and algorithms.

7. Limitation of Liability

• No warranties of merchantability or fitness.
• Liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.
